Amedei rocks the Matz

Amedei Cello Ensemble is in the home stretch, working toward our Celebration Works concert on June 3rd. It has been so rewarding working with Dale, Betsy and Martha on the Matz Quartet, especially. We really feel the piece is OURS, as we’ve not only worked on notes and ensemble but on our interpretation, starting from scratch, as there are no recordings to listen to and few tempo indications in the parts.
